Jonathan Isaacs

Founder & CEO of Reserve, Jonathan has established himself as one of the most influential brokers in New York City real estate, having been involved in more than $1,550,000,000 worth of residential, commercial and capital markets transactions. In 2006, Jonathan was the top grossing “Rookie” broker in all of Manhattan, totaling more than $47 million in sales. In 2007, Jonathan set a record for the most expensive downtown condominium ever put into contract and in 2011 he set the record for the most expensive Flatiron condo ever sold. In 2021 he sold two of Downtown’s top-five most expensive single-family townhouses and in 2023 sold the most expensive townhouse ever in Park Slope.  The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends has consistently ranked Jonathan’s team Top 15 within New York City and Top 100 Nationwide by sales volume.

He maintains an encyclopedic knowledge of the market, inventory and historic trades, digging for non-public information and dissecting every datapoint. Additionally, Jonathan is actively involved in the capital markets and investment sales, with primary contacts and quiet information pertaining to some of New York’s most coveted properties. He has represented some of Manhattan’s most prominent real estate families, developers, private equity firms and leading NYC institutions, all while maintaining the utmost of discretion and confidentiality.

An accomplished athlete, Jonathan captained his nationally top-ranked lacrosse program while at Gettysburg College, leading his team to the NCAA Tournament all four years during his tenure. Outside of Reserve, Jonathan is a founding member of CORE4, a charitable organization aiming to help those in need within New York City.
